These are our terms and conditions of sale we represent Online Mail Order Ltd using one of our sites onlinemailorder.co.uk .com or .net through our website at these addresses is constitutes that you agree to our terms & conditions. 

 

Sales invoice are issued by our automated system on our website, these are deemed correct e & e applies. Where a point of sale being the website is related and there is clearly a price error this voids the sale and the buyer will be given a full refund and notified within 72 hours of their order being placed and rejected on manual review. 

 

Errors in the site, we work hard to ensure our site is free of errors and holding incorrect data from time-to-time data that is in error may happen due to human error or processing error where this happens your purchase will be voided and refund provided. 

 

Refunds other than your rights under the distance selling regulations you will have no further right of refund unless you return the item in a saleable condition. The buyer agrees further that they will pay all return and sending shipping costs. This includes repair/replacement/warranty transactions. A returns number must be obtained within these 14 days in all cases. Online Mail Order will decide if your return will be accepted. Some items cannot be returned due to the nature of their use once open they cannot be used by another. Returns should always be sent in the nature of tracked returns, if the item has no returns number, then the item will be rejected from returns/refund. 

 

Shipping costs, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, Online Mail Order will charge for these up front in all cases and is non-refundable as per these terms and conditions. This applies to all postage costs sending or returns. 

 

Payment should be made by credit card using our online payment provider stripe.com the buyer should be aware that stripe deal with all aspects of billing data complacence and store the buyer card details at no point is this stored by Online Mail Order Ltd. Further all payments should be made in advance to the order being shipped. 

 

Shipping all orders are shipped within 14 days of order meaning it should be with you during this time after 14 days if your item has not arrived you should contact us using our website customer service portal from the logged in user area advising of such at which point we will start an investigation to attempt to locate the package that has been dispatched, we use tracking for all orders there is no exception. 

 

Your order is protected by insurance in your shipping costs, should the order arrive damaged an insurance claim will be issued. Once the outcome has been decided by the shipping provider then we will reissue a credit or refund for the order this applies to returned damaged items you will still require a returns number for this. 

 
Returns numbers are issued by our customer service team 24/7 via an online process the postal address for the return will be to our offices or supplier whichever is the quickest method for your issue to be resolved. 

 

We aim to complete all transactions in a timely manner and online where possible where we require to make further checks, we will advise you of this, we may randomly verify your order via phone to ensure that the order is actual, this may involve uploading information from ID or payment details being in a secure manor that will validate the order for the prevention of fraud. Once validated your uploaded data will be removed from our systems (Deleted ). 

 

Our opening hours are Monday – Saturday 9am – 4pm for customer services, we also have staff around outside these hours should the need arise our portal is open 24 hours a day for self service functions. 

 

Shipping Address we will only ship to the bill payers address that will match the card issuer details and we only ship within Great Britain & Ireland. 

 

Out of stock items, we will attempt to notify you if an out-of-stock alert shows in our warehouses or that of our supplier, we will offer a refund for items that are not shipped within the 14-day timeline. 

 

Age restricted items, we may supply age restricted items, we will ask for ID for this in all cases at the point before your order is dispatched so our carrier will know to check for ID on arrival at your address. 

 

The laws of England and Wales apply to all orders and terms of this agreement at all times and you further agree that the courts of England & Wales will be used in all disputes.
